The digital still camera registered below is guaranteed to operateproperly according to manufacturers specifications for a period of 3additional years from the expiration of the manufacturers warranty orwe shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract must bepurchased within thirty (30) days of the date the equipment hereunderis purchased. You must register this service contract within thirty(30) days with Mack Camera by visiting us at our websitewww.mackcam.com or by calling us toll free at 1-800-252-MACK (6225) or973-467-2291.

This service contract will cover one digital camera body and one lensproviding that both pieces of equipment are listed on the same salesreceipt. This plan is void if the registered product exceeds theservice contract price category.

This service contract includes coverage of one (1) lens for units soldas kits. The body and lens must not exceed the value of the servicecontract sold.

In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service youmust visit www.mackcam.com and arrange for service to obtain a RepairAuthorization Number and current shipping charges. Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. is not responsible forinternational shipping and for any fees associated with Duties, Taxesor Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance.

The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at nocharge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturerdefects). Such service, repair, adjustment of the equipment is assuredthe registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not beentampered with, modified, damaged as a result of liquid, grit, impactand physically broken parts. You may transfer ownership of this servicecontact to another person for a $20.00 administrative. Mack Camera& Video Service reserves the right to terminate service contractsif invoices are not paid within terms or are fraudulently altered bythe dealers or service contract holder.

This limited service contract applies only to the product specifiedherein. It does not cover damaged LCDs, interchangeable lens,batteries, remotes, power adapter, digital media, software, bent cardreader pins, docking station and additional accessories or otherexpenses of consequential damages.

Mack Camera and Video Service will not be liable for loss of revenuesor profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss ofincidental or consequential damages. If the unit can not be repaired byMack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturers defects, replacementwill be made with the same or equivalent model based on the contractedunit current market value at our discretion.

This service contract applies only to the product(s) specified herein.A separate lens service contract is available.

This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty. Thisservice contract is only valid if positive identification of the unitcovered hereunder is presented at the time of service.
